Today, this family owned and operated business still runs the same way it did since the first day it opened in 1973. Using the family recipes, all of the menu items are prepared fresh daily, beginning at 6:00am, making the restaurant truly unique in a world where pre-packaged, frozen, and microwaved foods have become the backbone of many chain restaurants.  The family believes that high quality food preparation is what the customers deserve, and they continue to strive to exceed their expectations.
